Time for me Taumarunui salon protocol, standards and client agreement.

 

1.      Our mission

At time for me, we create a space where healing meets beauty.

We aim to enhance the natural intelligence of the body to heal when properly supported in a safe, respectful environment.

We honour both wellness and aesthetics, enhancing natural beauty while supporting the nervous system balance and overall wellbeing.

2.      Our promise to you

We promise that;

- All team members are fully qualified in their area of expertise.

- We maintain high hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.

- Equipment and tools are cleaned and sanitised, and disinfected and sterilised where possible between every client.

-Client records are stored and locked away in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

- We treat every client with dignity, respect and confidentiality.

- We will work with integrity and to the best of our abilities.

- If we are not confident in performing a service, we will respectfully decline rather than compromise your safety.

- We aim to provide a calm, safe space that supports your body’s natural healing response.

- We aim to enhance your natural beauty.

- We never pressure, never shame.

 

3.      Appointments and payments

 

-          We operate by appointment only.

-          We do not have fixed opening hours.

-          Appointments can be changed outside normal hours thru the online booking system for your convenience.

-          Payment options are cash on the day online banking 24 hours before your appointment.

-          Late cancelations may result in a fee at the discretion of your therapist.

 

4.      Health and safety

For the wellbeing of everyone

 

-          Clients who are unwell must reschedule their appointment.

-          If attending while mildly unwell, a mask may be required.

-          Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies or recent procedures.

-          Follow therapist recommendations for the best results and safety.

-          We reserve the right to refuse service at any time without explanation.

 

5.      Professional boundaries

 

-          All practitioners operate as independent, self-employed professionals.

-          Any concerns or complaints must be addressed directly with your individual therapist.

-          We maintain professional boundaries at all times.

-          Team members maintain respect for one another, avoid gossip, and honour other businesses and services.

-          We ask the same level of respect from our clients.

 

 

 

 

 

6.      Client expectations

We ask that clients

-          Arrive on time.

-          Respect the space and other clients.

-          Follow aftercare advice.

-          Communicate openly and honestly.

-          Honour the professionalism of the team.

-          Speak respectfully about our therapists and other local businesses.

We have the right to refuse service to anyone who does not align with our values.
